Project profile: The thermal transfer performance of the charge air cooler was continuously decreased cause of the accumulation of fouling in the long-term usage. We has made a remodel for this system under the basis of mapping, and we improved this system’s thermal transfer performance cause we found a balance between the flow capacity and thermal performance, and finally, we meet the customer’s actual requirements.
